- Major treatment: We require a deposit before beginning extensive procedures, with the balance due upon completion

Insurance Claims
- We submit all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients
- You are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance
- If your insurance hasn't paid within 60 days, the balance becomes your responsibility
- We'll work with you to appeal any denied claims
